QUALITY POLICY

TRIplc Medical Sdn Bhd, dedicated to “Provision of Asset Management Services” to provide quality services and products, technical expertise, management services and support to meet the customer contractual requirements and satisfaction.

Without prejudice to the generality of the above statement, the Policy extended to the following

Establish and review policy and objectives as and when appropriate, making them consistent with other action plans, and provide the necessary resources for the fulfilment,

Comply all requirements from the interested parties including customers, authority, external providers and other relevant in delivering the services,
Satisfy the customer and to meet their standard requirements by continuously improving is processes in order to enhance clients satisfaction and loyalty,

Provide, engage and train a capable team, motivated and integrated into a common organization with a sense of ownership and passion in their work,

Promote the use of a process approach and risk-based thinking,

Commitment to continual improvement as organization driver, based firmly in the team participation,

Develop and maintain a certified Integrated Management System.

The management of TRIplc Medical Sdn Bhd assume as his own responsibility to exercise the leadership of these basic elements and generate value through the operational activity, for employees, shareholders and the interested parties in general by the achievement of positive results in the management of the organization. All employees must understand the Quality Policy and this policy made available to all relevant interested parties.

QUALITY OBJECTIVE

TRIplc Medical Sdn Bhd is committed to achieving and meeting the following objectives:

  1. Provision of sufficient manpower and competent personal.
  2. No interruption into services.
  3. Meeting schedule and unscheduled maintenance
  4. Meeting schedule and unscheduled collection and transportation of wastes.
  5. No complaints.
  6. Daily clean linen supplies.
  7. Daily soiled linen collection.
  8. Compliance to Safety in Delivering All Hospital Support Services (HSS).
  9. Compliance to Environment regulation.
  10. Enhance competency of employees through continuous training and development programs.
  11. To evaluate the performance of supplier once a year.
  12. To meet customer satisfaction.

To ensure achievability and suitability, the above objectives shall be reviewed for continual improvement.
