Ts. Elman Mustafa El Bakri, aged 45 joined TRIplc Group on 3rd January 2022. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronics & System Engineering in 1999 from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and has an MBA in Healthcare Management from International Business School (IBS) Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in 2010.
Upon his graduation in 1999 he joined KPJ Damansara Specialist as Hospital Engineer before assigned to KPJ United Hospital (Dhaka), Rumah Sakit KPJ Medika BSD (Jakarta) before appointed by Vamed as Medical Equipment Consultant in 2006 for Institut Jantung Negara (IJN) 420-beds expansion in Kuala Lumpur.
He subsequently joined KPJ Healthcare Berhad until 2016 holding Managerial portfolio for Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning services. He later joined Damansara PMC Services Sdn Bhd (healthcare project management arm and subsidiary of Damansara Holdings Berhad) as Managing Director for 5 years until December 2021.
He then joined TRIplc Group and presently is the Senior General Manager, Business Development and is responsible for expansion of medical and healthcare business. Â He has an accumulated experience of 23 years of experience in the areas of Medical Facility & Equipment Planning, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Operations and Maintenance.
He is a certified Professional Technologist by Malaysian Board of Technologists (MBOT) in Health & Medical (HM) Technology, and Industrial Advisory Panel (IAP) expert panel for Universiti Malaya (UM), Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) and Associate Industry Fellow IR4.0 for Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).
